Role Overview:

Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant?

  • We offer a basic salary of up to £30,500 dependent on experience.
  • Realistic first year earnings are between £34,000 and £36,000.
  • Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,500.
  • First-Year Earnings: £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission).

For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required):

  • Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Temporary worker Selection: Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.
  • High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
  • Sales Targets: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
