For Entry-Level Candidates (No Recruitment Experience Required):

  • Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews).
  • First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction – Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Temporary Worker Selection – Identify and assess candidates to match client requirements.
  • Compliance & Process Management – Maintain high standards in all recruitment procedures, ensuring smooth and compliant hiring processes.
  • High-Quality Service – Deliver exceptional service aligned with company values.
  • Sales & Performance Targets – Work towards achievable goals with full support and guidance.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).
