The Position
The Best Connection is seeking to appoint a Training and Development Consultant. We are passionate about developing the best people and have a well-established team who deliver a variety of training including our in-house apprenticeship programmes in Recruitment Consultancy and Customer Service, which was recently graded outstanding by OFSTED.
In this hybrid role, the key focus will be the delivery of our classroom-based sales training from our People services centre in Halesowen.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time.
- Deliver high-quality and engaging training in line with the training plans, ensuring learning objectives, and time frames are met.
- Adapt and adjust training interventions to ensure all learners, irrespective of their experience, are provided with opportunities to develop their skills, knowledge, and behavior.
- Assist with the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of bespoke training materials in line with changes in process or policy.
Key Attributes
You will be able to prove/ demonstrate:
- Experience of confidently delivering training in a classroom or training room environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience of delivering sales training is preferred but not essential.
Package
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
Company car/car allowance will be available upon successful probation.

General information
Hours: 40 hours per week between hours of 08.00 – 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.
For this role we could offer this role on a part-time basis delivering training on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
