We have an exciting new opportunity to work for our energetic, fast-growing business as a Recruitment Administrator, previous administration experience is essential to be successful in this role due to the timesheet and payroll administration responsibilities. Previous experience of processing timesheets or payroll would be desirable.
If you are an experienced user of excel, highly organised with excellent communication skill and can multitask you will also be successful in this role.

Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers both over the telephone, via email and face to face
- Process payroll accurately and to company deadlines
- Providing full administrative support to the branch
- Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values
Hours of Work:
- Working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Typical hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm.
