Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (DOE + benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our HR Manager and HR Advisors to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You’ll:
- Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues
- Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
- Mentor and support HR Advisors
- Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
- Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
Even better if you also have:
- CIPD Level 7
- Team leadership experience within HR
- Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies
