🔑 What We Offer
- 💼 Basic Salary: £31,500
- 💰 On-Target Earnings: £35,000 – £37,000
- 🚗 Car Allowance: £400 per month (or company car)

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate onboarding.
- Win new clients within the driving and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions.
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support.
- Deliver an excellent service to both clients and candidates through aftercare.
