Lead a well-established branch across multiple sectors with a proven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Oversee operations across multiple sectors
Build and maintain client relationships
Drive branch revenue and performance
Previous recruitment experience ideally within the Industrial or Driving sector
Sales experience and proven sales abilities
Experience of managing a team, and excellent knowledge of the temporary labour market

Competitive Salary – £37,000 - £44,000 (Dependent on experience).

Hours:
Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm. 40 Hours per week with 1 hour lunch breaks.
