📍Location: Halesowen (with some hybrid working available after induction)
💼Salary: £31,000 – £41,000 (DOE + benefits)

🌟What You’ll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our HR Manager and Head of Legal Services to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects.You’ll:
- Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues
- Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
- Work closely with HR Consultant colleagues
- Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

👤Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
- Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
Even better if you also have:
- Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies
