Contract Coordinator Salary: Up to £28,750 per year

Your Key Responsibilities✅

  • Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare– Oversee temporary workers onsite. Responsible for running induction for new starters, site tour and induction. Ensure smooth payroll processing, resolve queries, and provide coaching/support
  • Client Relationship Management– Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Candidate Selection & Placement– Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements
  • Delivering High-Quality Service– Uphold company values and maintain service excellence

Hours : 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Flexibility is needed with start times from 5.30am
