🚀Branch Administrator (Part time - 20 hours per week)

Are you organised, motivated, and ready to be the backbone of a busy branch? We’re on the hunt for a Branch Administrator to keep our team running smoothly and deliver top-notch service to our clients. Previous experience? Not essential—we’ll provide full training and support!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and temporary staff
  • Ensure payroll is accurate and on time
  • Provide full administrative support to your branch
  • Deliver excellent service that reflects our company values

About You:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Confident communicator, on the phone and face-to-face
  • Friendly, organised, and reliable

Working Hours:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) on Monday and Tuesday then working 4-5 hours on a Friday.
