Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per work. 1 hour lunch breaks.

We're looking for an organised, ambitious and detail-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

Whether you have experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, payroll or sales, or you're looking to start a career in recruitment, we provide full training, career development opportunities and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Working alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, you'll play a key role in candidate sourcing, candidate screening, compliance and delivering a first-class recruitment service to both candidates and clients.

Recruitment Resourcer Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, databases and social media

• Screen candidates and assess suitability for vacancies

• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates

• Support the recruitment process from registration through to placement

• Assist with payroll administration where required

• Ensure candidate records and compliance documentation are maintained

• Build positive relationships with candidates through regular communication

• Support Recruitment Consultants in filling client vacancies

• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the recruitment journey

• Maintain accurate recruitment and administrative records

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Good organisational and administration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and online

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous recruitment, administration, payroll, sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
