Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 (depending on experience) + Commission.

The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving performance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. Depending on your level of experience, you will either take ownership of a newly established branch or manage an established multi-sector operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve targets
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive branch performance, revenue, and growth
- Support the development and success of your team
About You
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Driven, organised, and results-focused
- Adaptable, with the ability to manage either a growing or established branch
